Rotational Pastry Chef - Private 100m+ M/Y
Start Date: November 15th
Location: Europe / Middle East
Package: Salary paid in Euros, 176 days leave
Experience and Attributes Required:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience (post qualification) in high end restaurants, hotel, bakery, or other relevant experience.
1-2 years’ yacht experience preferable but not necessary if training and restaurant background is strong enough.
Good base knowledge of all aspects of pastry, patisserie, chocolate work and bread baking.
Strong work ethic and ability to adapt and work as part of a large galley team
Exceptional attention to detail, hygiene, and food safety
Willing to assist in the galley when needed
Qualifications Required:
•Professional Chef diploma or higher, preferably in patisserie or post experience in a majority pastry role or NVQ level 2 or above
•STCW (all updated)
•Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Minimum 6 months' validity)
•Seaman’s Discharge Book
•Crowd management
•Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2
•Covid vaccinated - initial vaccines & booster (Client Request)
