Florida, Bahamas - Med for the summer 2025 - TBD License: NONE, Sole Chef experience on similar sized vessels. Must be competent in certain dietary restrictions. Requirements: Culinary trained chef. STCW and ENG1, Passport, B1B2 visa, Schengen visa as needed. Previous experience on same size vessels is a plus Comfortable cooking guests and crew. Job specifics: Someone with great ideas and impressive food plating. Friendly a good communicator. Male as per cabin arrangements. Runs with 4 crew. No dietary restrictions, but we would like the Chef to know a multitude of cuisines and be capable of accommodating guests' requirements. Experience running a galley on similar sized vessels Solid previous experience required. Solid references from previous Captains. Strong English is a must. Salary and Package: TBD - 7000 USD per month.
