Experienced Chef for Charter Yacht with World Cruising Itinerary
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Chef to join a popular charter yacht with an adventurous world cruising itinerary. This role offers a 5:1 rotation and the chance to work with wonderful boat owners, exceptional rotational captains, and a fantastic crew. Longevity in the position is highly valued, so we are looking for candidates who are committed and passionate about their craft.
$7500 pm salary, 60 days leave, private & charter! Attractive package on offer and an exciting itinerary!
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Chef on charter yachts.
Must have a proven track record of longevity in previous roles.
Experience with high-quality culinary skills, and the ability to cater to varied tastes and dietary requirements.
Comfortable with off the beaten track provisioning, planning and preparation.
Itinerary Overview:
2024:
- Costa Rica, Cocos Islands & Panama.
2025:
Mexico (Pacific side)
Costa Rica & Panama, Cartagena, ABC Islands, and San Blas Islands
- French Polynesia (Tahiti base) for 6 to 9 months
Future plans include: - Fiji - East Coast of Australia - Solomon Islands - Papua New Guinea - Raja Ampat - Indonesia - Malaysia. The yacht may return to the Mediterranean or continue its journey via the Red Sea for more diving trips.

The yacht owners typically embark on 2-week trips.
The yacht will be available for charter for the remainder of the time.
