Summary
We are looking for a 1st Mate for a 40m SY, modern design.
This beautiful private boat does a busy dual season program, and you MUST have experience with in-boom furling systems and captive winches. The boat runs with 5 crew. The yacht sails often and you must have solid experience as a watch leader and be able to upkeep the deck unsupervised.

Experience with Sailing yachts of 30m and above.
Would suit experienced 1st mate/ deck mate.
Calm, well presented, tidy, organised and motivated. Must work well within a team and support their crew mates.
Salary. DOE
Currently the yacht is finishing the med season before going through a short yard period and departing for an early Caribbean season.
