Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a 3rd Eng/AVIT for a 60m yacht
We are seeking a 3rd Engineer/AVIT specialist for a dual-season private/charter yacht. The role requires someone who can manage and maintain AV/IT systems onboard, as well as assist with engineering tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
•Preferred: Formal Engineering or AVIT qualification.
•Essential: Relevant hands-on experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
•Strong background in AV/IT systems.
•Experience in engineering roles on yachts or similar settings.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Flexible and willing to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
•Ensure smooth operation of AV/IT systems (entertainment, communication, and navigation).
•Assist in routine engineering duties and preventive maintenance.
•Troubleshoot technical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
Start date: ASAP
Location: Med
Salary: EUR 5000
Leave: 60 days
