Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, engaging, and securing the best talent for our clients while also driving business development initiatives to expand our client base and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the superyacht industry, including crew and shore-based positions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
To generate new business leads, actively engage in business development
Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns to attract clients and candidates.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the superyacht or luxury hospitality industry.
Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business and building client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and candidates at all levels.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and deadlines.
Knowledge of the superyacht industry and its specific recruitment needs is highly desirable.

Qualifications & Desirable backgrounds:
Previous Yachting Experience
Previous Recruitment Experience (ideally)
Sales Experience (beneficial)
