90m+ Private Yacht looking for a Deckhand/Medic to join early November 2024.
Permanent Rotation contract 3:1 (90days a year)
STCW/CCM/PDSD/ENG1 in hand. Any qualifications as Nurse, Paramedic, etc a plus.
Quick shipyard period followed by Worldwide itinerary TBC in 2025
Position is 90% Deck 10% Medic. We are looking for someone with experience on yachts but we are open to people new to the industry.
As a Medic you will be responsible to the Chief Officer for the following:
a. Upkeep, organisation and provisioning of the vessel treatment room and medical stores onboard to maintain compliance with MCA Medical Scales,
b. In charge of medical response to any incidents or accidents and monitoring the well-being of guests and crew,
c. Responsible for the upkeep and confidentiality of the vessel’s medical logs,
d. Assist Safety Officer with medical training and drills onboard.
