50+m Alloy Yachts Sailing Yacht currently looking for a rotational Chief Engineer

Busy dual-season charter yacht, based in Spain between seasons.

The yacht completed its 15 year Lloyds survey in June 24 and is in good working order.

Large ER & ECR. The Deck/Eng is working deck during the season, and engineering out of season.

Great environment onboard

12week on/off rotation

Y3 or other >500gt CE license mandatory.

Must have 5yrs yachting experience with 24months onboard large sailing yachts, and real engineering training.

Industry standard salary x12

Preferred start mid-end of November in Spain, for Atlantic crossing however possibly join in the Sint Maartin on arrival.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
• RIII/2 Y2 Chief Engineer (<3000gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
• RIII/1 Engineer Officer of the Watch (Unlimited)
• RIII/2 2nd Engineer (Unlimited)
