Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Head Chef for a 80m Sail Yacht
Requirements:
Culinary trained chef (Michelin background preferred)
Longevity on similar sized vessels
Charter experience
Positive attitude
Experience in gluten free baking/cooking
A Sous Chef will also be onboard for busy guest/charter trips
Start date: ASAP (latest 4th November)
Location: Joining in Fiji before heading to AUS and NZ for cruising
Salary: EUR 7500 DOE
Leave: 10 (or 8) weeks on/off rotation
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private & charter - Yard period in NZ April 2025 (7 months) followed by Asia and Pacific cruising
