Executive/Head Chef in Fiji

Summary

-         Our client is looking for an experienced Head/ Sole Chef for this impressive, 80m, world-cruising Sailing Yacht

-         This is an incredible vessel, with long-standing crew and brilliant owners who take their yacht all over the world. They are currently in French Polynesia and plan to cruise round Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Pacific.

-         They are looking for an experienced Head Chef with an extensive culinary background, in fine-dining or Michelin starred restaurants.

-         This is a Head/ Sole Chef position however you will have a Sous Chef for busy owners & guest trips.

-         Usually there are only 2/3 guests onboard at a time, they are very easy-going.

-         The owners love to use their boat and have travelled extensively onboard, they are kind generous people who have a wide taste in the food they like with a preference for healthy meals and gluten free recipes.

-         There are 15 crew onboard who are social, fit and active. They’d like to find someone who can join in.

-         Start date: before 20^th October

-         Leave: time for time rotation (10:10 or 8:8)

-         Salary: DOE around 8000 euro
