Looking for a female chef with good fresh seafood and asian cuisine capabilities.
This will be for a owner trip on a SanLorenzo Motor Yacht in the Bahamas.
Owner will be fishing everyday and will be providing loads of fresh Wahoo, Tuna, Snapper, Mahi Etc. Experience in fresh fish preparations is vital.
Expertise in sushi/sashimi a huge bonus. Owner likes home style cooking but with the freshest of fish.
Trip will start Dec 17th in Fort Lauderdale and cruising area will be islands of the Bahamas for 2-3 weeks and then will return to Miami for the New Year. Contract will be 3-4 weeks
