Summary
We are looking for a well rounded, knowledgeable and driven First Mate for a busy 40m+ M/Y based in South Florida with charters in Bahamas and Caribbean. You will need to be comfortable with running the deck team, inventory upkeep, safety checks, passage planning, watch keeping and be an overall positive influence for the vessel.
OOW minimum and someone with good local, Bahamas cruising along with good fishing experience.

Requirements for application: Ideally 3-5 years experience in a similar role, very competent tender driving and deck product/procedure knowledge, good fishing knowledge
