Summary
IYC is seeking a Sole Chef for a 35m new build private/charter motor yacht.
Candidates must have a proven charter background and enthusiasm for establishing a successful charter program onboard.
Ideal candidates should be comfortable with a variety of cuisines and dietary requirements.
Currently in Europe, heading to the Caribbean for the charter season.
Dual season – winters in the Caribbean, summers in the Mediterranean.
Male candidates only, due to cabin arrangements.
Start Date: Within one week.
Certifications Required: Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food Hygiene Level 2.
Chefs located in Europe will be prioritized due to the yacht's current location.
