Executive/Head Chef in Spain

Summary

We are currently looking for a 10:10 rotational Head Chef for a busy Charter/Private M/Y. The head chef should have culinary training and be able to prepare high quality dishes while showcasing excellent time management skills. They should display good leadership qualities and be able to manage a sous chef. They should be able to maintain high hygiene standards in the galley and although there is a great budget on board they are looking for someone who is responsible with provisions. A positive upbeat personality will be welcomed. Excellent references are essential and proven longevity is valued. 

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Culinary Qualifications (or equivalent)

• Culinary Certificate(s)

Food & Hygiene Qualifications

• Ship's Cook Certificate
