ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Previous Private Service experience, flexibility, skilled PA with concierge type skills, and ability to oversee F & B, Service and Housekeeping staff.
A private client is looking for an experienced person to be based in the UAE with worldwide travel including on board the yacht during the season.
We are looking for a top class, mature and highly experienced Lifestyle Manager/Personal Aide/ Assistant who has previously worked in the past as a high-level personal Lifestyle Manager/ Butler/Valet/PA to work closely with the principal, arranging all personal appointments, leisure activities, travel and liaising with other managerial staff and offices, to ensure a seamless and perfect service is always delivered for this busy client.
Your previous experience will guarantee that you know about correct wardrobe management and ensuring that the correct items are packed for travel, that the valets have correctly organized wardrobes, so knowledge of packing, pressing, steaming, arranging dry cleaning etc. Also oversight of menus for the client, liaising with Chefs to present daily menu selection to the client.
Other duties will include:
· Meeting and greeting very high-profile guests.
· Running errands including personal shopping.
· Formal food and beverage service on occasion for VVIP guests.
· PA/Concierge duties such as arranging and ensuring private jet is prepared, arranging cars, theatre and restaurant/social bookings etc.
· Dedicated professional committed to providing perfect service to make certain that this VVIP clients’ busy working schedule and social life run smoothly and without interruption.
· Absolute discretion
