Summary
Burgess recruitment is seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd Steward(ess) for a 70m Private Yacht. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formal service, exceptional organizational skills, and proven management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Stewardess in managing daily interior operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Provide exemplary service, including Butler and Silver Service, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist in training and managing the interior team and lead the department in the Chief Stewardess’s absence.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years in a similar role, with proven longevity.
- Experience as Chief Stewardess on smaller vessels or 2nd Stewardess on larger vessels.
- STCW, ENG1, PDSD, and Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene (minimum 6 months validity).
- B1B2 Visa required.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage.
