Summary
Lead Deckhand position available on 44-meter, private (zero chartering) motor yacht. We are looking for an experienced and hardworking crew member to round out our team. Experience driving tenders will be beneficial but not required.
- Excellent program with fairly light usage by owner.
- $4,000/month. 3.2 paid time off days per month. Health insurance after three months aboard.
- Typically, Bahamas and Caribbean itineraries.
- Good down time between owner usage for crew and boat recharge.
- No drama, true nonsmokers (includes vaping), no visible tattoos.

Due to cabin arrangements, we are looking for female applicants.
