Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Stewardess for a 60m private/charter sailing yacht, currently based in Palma de Mallorca. The yacht will embark on an exciting journey to the Caribbean followed by a Mediterranean season next year, ultimately transitioning into a world cruising adventure.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all interior operations and ensure the highest standards of service.
- Lead and manage the interior team, including training and mentoring junior stewards/stewardesses.
- Create and maintain exceptional guest experiences, tailoring services to individual preferences.
- Coordinate all aspects of housekeeping, laundry, and dining service.
- Cocktail Hour
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the yacht is always well-stocked and organized.
- Assist with guest itineraries and special requests as needed.
