Seeking a Captain for a 40m Charter Motor Yacht.
We are seeking an experienced Captain to take command of a yacht based primarily in Puerto Banus, Spain. This is a non-rotational position, with a focus on single-season Mediterranean cruising.
Key Requirements:
- Preferred: Captain with significant experience.
- Location Expertise: Experience in Spanish waters is highly valued.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a Captain on similar-sized yachts.
- Commercial Yacht Experience: A bonus, but not required.
- Qualifications: Must hold a Master 500GT certificate (minimum).
- Visa Requirements: Must have the legal ability to work in Europe.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Turkish is a bonus.
Vessel Information:
- Base Location: The yacht is primarily based in Puerto Banus, with limited cruising and a preference for being in port. The owner rarely stays overnight at anchor.
Terms:
- Salary: €10,500 per month.
- Leave: 60 days per year.
- Flight Legs: 4x flight legs per year.
