Exciting New Opportunity: Interior Warranty & Admin Specialist for a New Build 100M+ Superyacht
We are offering a truly unique and exciting role on board a 100M+ new-build superyacht. While the official job title is still being confirmed, this position is perfect for someone with a strong background in yacht interiors and administration, offering a chance to be part of an incredible project from the ground up.
As this is a brand-new yacht, many items are under warranty, and we are looking for someone with prior experience as a Chief Stew or Interior Manager who has excellent organisational skills and a solid understanding of product knowledge related to interior equipment.
This is a back-of-house role where you won’t be managing the interior team directly - that’s the responsibility of the Chief Stew. Instead, your focus will be on managing everything related to warranties, scheduling repairs, handling administrative duties, managing invoices, maintaining uniform inventories, tracking budgets, and processing receipts. (This is not a purser role). Essentially, anything admin-related within the interior department will fall under your responsibility.
In this position, you’ll work closely with the Chief Stew to ensure the interior runs smoothly from an operational and administrative standpoint, making it a crucial support role.
