B1B2 visa
(All certificates in hand with >6 months from expiry)
Personal trainer accreditation
Minimum 2 seasons previous experience on 40m+ vessels
Advantageous
Longevity of 1yr+ onboard
Any massage therapy or physio background
YM Offshore or IYT 200gt
Large tender experience
Job description
The job will be 95% deck work so must be a confident Deckhand and able to work well in a large team.
Duties will include general maintenance, painting, varnishing, cleaning, general repair work, bridge watches, launching and recovering tenders, assisting guests with tenders and toys.
The Deckhand/PT will be expected to actively participate in all training exercises, drills, and safety meetings. Should have an interest to progress in the industry and be looking towards their next qualification.
The Deckhand/PT will be available to guests when on charter and should be a personable character that respects the boundaries of guest interaction. Will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of guest and crew gym areas, equipment, and maintenance.
Start date: 01 December 2024
Location: US
Salary: EUR 4000 & annual performance-based bonus
Leave: 4:2 rotation (90-day probation period)
Training Incentives: Application & approval required – Fully reimbursed 1 year from course completion
