DAILY WARDROBE MANAGER/DESIGNER - LIVE OUT
SOUTH OF FRANCE
Essential Requirements: Fluent English and French, previous private house experience, wardrobe management
A fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Wardrobe Manager, supporting an incredibly busy individual. This is a crucial position for an individual who will make a significant contribution to the effective wardrobe management of the principal’s collection.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Managing the principal’s wardrobe, recording all stock and maintaining a proper control of all items.
Maintain electronic records and take photos to match inventory records
Management of the packing and unpacking of the principal’s luggage in preparation for travel.
Assisting Principal with sourcing specific clothing or accessories.
Ensure all wardrobes and clothing items are always in pristine condition.
Accompany the principal, on trips where needed, ensuring an exceptional wardrobe service is always delivered.
Build strong relationships with the principal’s travel network to support the smooth-running travel activities.
Report any maintenance issues in the wardrobes to the House Manager.
We seek a candidate who has previous professional experience providing a luxury wardrobe management service. You should have strong sewing skills, be able to manage speciality cleaning of theatrical costumes including the repair and maintenance. You should have the ability to sustain the demands of the role, be self-motivated, responsible, hard-working with strong administrative skills.
A can-do attitude and being adaptable is essential along with flexibility and efficiency. Flexibility to travel at short notice is also essential to this role. 5-day working week, 9:00am to 17:00pm, negotiable salary based on experience. Start ASAP.
