Summary
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2nd stewardess to join a close-knit, down to earth crew on board a 60m+ MY.
Ideal candidate would have 1-2 years experience in a 2nd stew role on a similar size vessel with previous proven longevity. Someone who is positive, bubbly yet calm, a team player, has a good eye for detail and is a good communicator but willing to take direction would fit in well with the team.
You will be joining a structured program with great systems in place already so someone who is willing to adhere to the protocols and learn from them instead of change/implement new systems would thrive in this role.
Ideally looking for someone who is keen to grow and progress in the industry and who is looking for a boat where they can settle down on for the next couple years.
Duties will include:
Collaborating with the Chief Stew in maintaining the highest standards, ensuring all areas are impeccable while implementing internal manuals/checklists
Assisting the Chief Stew in managing the interior team and training/mentoring stews with a proactive & intuitive approach

Supporting the Chief Stew in inventory management as well as uniform and wardrobe
Interior team shares duties across laundry, housekeeping, service (guest on & guest off) so must be happy to rotate in all areas
Leading the team and upholding the worklist in the Chief Stew’s absence
