Summary
Seeking a personable, polished, mature minded, Chief Stewardess for a private 50m FF, M/Y. Owners are a close-knit family with adult children and grandchildren.
The current Chief Stewardess has been onboard for 3 years and is going land based. You will have a full handover, and she will be available to answer any questions after she steps off the vessel.
Excellent references and longevity on prior vessels are required.
Crew of 9 - 3 on the interior. Excellent Captain that has been with the owners for several years.
Caribbean/New England
We are looking for the following skills and attributes in the ideal candidate:
· Prior experience of at least 1 -2+ years as a Chief Stewardess on a similar sized vessel.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Confidence and ability to provide excellent service to the guests. You must be confident in everything from family style, buffets to sliver service.
· Highly organized and with an impeccable eye for detail.
· Solid knowledge of new and old-world wines. Cocktail knowledge.
· Computer savvy. Experience with accounting, spreadsheets, inventories.
· Must be comfortable around children as owners have several grandchildren
Absolute non smoker/non vaper, minimal visible tattoos
B1/B2 visa in hand.
Start date~ December 1st
Salary~ $ 8000 per month- review after 90 days.
38 days paid leave, 1 R/T flight per year. Full medical, Seasonal bonus – based on amount of guest usage.
