Skills and Attributes Required:
At least 2 years' experience as Chef on motor yachts of 40m or larger
In-depth understanding of Mediterranean cuisine
Maintains a clean and organized galley, with strong focus on food safety
Adaptable to last-minute adjustments and schedule changes
Qualifications Required:
Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate level 2
STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
Seafarer's Medical Certificate
Non-Smokers
