Summary
- Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Service Stew for this exciting, dual-season, private/ charter 85 MY
- This is a fantastic vessel, with an amazing, social, active long-standing crew
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in yachting in a Service Stew role, and have proven leadership experience
- The role will consist of leading the service team, creating job lists, schedules and rotas for the team and assisting the Interior Manager with training.
- Candidates must have a broad knowledge of all different types of service, from family style to plated and silver and must also have good wine and cocktail knowledge.
- This is a large interior team of 12, they are all out-going, bubbly and very supportive if one another. Ideally, they’d like someone to join them who is of the same mindset.
- The vessel is currently in the yard in Europe for a refit period, they will be here for roughly 6 months so it’s a great time to join, get to know the vessel and your team before an extremely busy Med season in 2025 and a further afield cruising itinerary after that.
- Whilst in the yards there will be extra perks such as weekends off, group trips away and fun crew bonding activities
- Start date: ASAP but flexible for the right candidate
- Salary: 4000 eur (plus tips split evenly when chartering)
