Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a well established 50m private M/Y. This is a hands on position where you will responsible for leading the interior team of 3 other stews. Must have previous experience in a similar role and have excellent managerial skills.
This winter the yacht will be in the shipyard in Italy. Your daily duties will include overseeing inventory upkeep, wine and alcohol stock-take and upkeep, monthly cash and card accounts. Additional admin duties will be required, as well as delegating duties to the Stews.
This position would be suitable for someone looking for a Mediterranean based yacht and is looking for a work/life balance. The summer season is busy with guest trips, but there is plenty of down time in the winter, with 60 days leave.

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2, ideally have WSET level 2, MUST have a driver’s license
Requirements for application: Ideally have a few years experience in a similar position on a 40m + , presentable, wine and cocktail knowledge, experience as chief stew at least one season or very strong second experience.
Salary: 6,000 - 6500 Euros DOE + annual bonuses
