Summary
Seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented, and experienced Purser to join the crew of a 96m Feadship superyacht. The Purser will be responsible for managing the administrative, financial, and operational aspects, ensuring seamless guest experiences and compliance with external and internal regulations. This role involves coordinating between the Captain, Heads of departments, and shore-based management to facilitate smooth onboard operations, overseeing accounting, guest requests, and crew management.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous Yachting Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Purser on a superyacht, ideally on vessels over 70m.
- Financial Expertise: Proficiency in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management software, with a strong track record of managing large budgets and APA efficiently.
- Charter Experience: Proven experience managing high-profile charter guests and coordinating complex requests for ultra-luxury experiences. Experience with MYBA charter and accounts essential.
- Maritime Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international maritime laws, compliance, and certification standards (MLC, ISM, STCW).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
