Summary
We're looking for a talented Yacht Agent to join our team in Barcelona.
The aim of this position is to ensure the complete assistance of vessels, from their arrival, during their stay through to their departure, based in the Barcelona area.
You will provide the completion of clearance activities between the client and local authorities, as well as see to other incoming requests from clients. You will organise any required supplies, products and services during the client's stay, acting promptly to ensure all needs are met.
With regards to admin, you'll update vessel folders and the inputting of data in the AYPRO platform as well as ensuring all expenses are authorised by the Captain in advance.
