Summary
We are looking for a female sous chef that has at least 2+ years of experience. Passionate about cooking and exploring new ideas/flavours. Experience in pastry and baking with an eye for detail and clean hygiene.
We are a 50m heavy charter vessel, currently in Florida, completing a 3 month yard period. After this we will be heading to the Caribbean and Bahamas for a busy charter season.
Looking for someone who can take care of the crew with healthy and balanced meals, working along side the head chef that has over 10 years experience in the industry.
