Caribbean for the winter season (mostly private); in January boat will be in the Yard in Europe
Summer 2025 - Mediterranean, busy charter season
Requirements:
- B1/B2 Visa
- STCW + Refresher as needed
- Proven experience as a Chief Stew for 3 plus years.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of global destinations.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and general bar and restaurant service etiquette
- Ability to manage a team of service professionals and perform administrative duties.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
VISA: B1/B2 visa, Schengen if needed.
Other Requirements: Solid background in yachting. Candidates need to be VERY capable on all aspects of yacht quality interior service and housekeeping. Previous large yacht stewardess experience is plus.
Responsibilities: In charge of full Interior
Full interior - Housekeeping, Service, Laundry. Detailed, highly organized. providing a top level of service. Working as a team in a fun environment. Looking for motivated candidates.
Interior runs with 3 stews- Chief stew, 2nd stew and 3rd stew
We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess for our beautiful 44m M/Y Private/Charter.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in yachting, be highly proficient in all aspects of yacht quality interior service and have expertise in housekeeping. We are looking for a talented, strong communicator, organized, scheduled and bright candidate. Someone that loves their job and loves to mentor the team. A happy personality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of interior services to the highest standards.
- Collaborate closely with the captain and ownership on detailed schedules, itineraries, and trips.
- Ensure a warm, welcoming, and personable atmosphere for the family and guest.

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines, 60 days off per year
