JMS Careers are Currently looking for a Rotational Sous Chef to join a: 70m Charter/Private MY 2:2 Rotation Dual Season Start Date: First week of January 2025 Ships Cook Certificate International Drivers license B1/B2 Visa We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join this busy charter yacht. The Galley runs with three chefs at one time, and the Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with guest meals. The ideal candidate will have at least two years Superyacht experience but also proven land based experience in fine dining restaurants. You will be able to cater to varied diets and cuisines including Asian, Mediterranean and Ottolenghi style of cooking. The yacht has 25 crew and caters for up to 12 guests, so someone on the ball, fit, clean and hygienic with a no drama demeanour is essential. This role is open to both Males and Females.
