Summary
We are looking for a senior housekeeper with 1-2 years experience to join our tight knit interior team.
This position is ideal for someone who has a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and sufficient product and material knowledge. This job requires a positive attitude good time management and the ability to efficiently carry out tasks alone and within a team.
We will be spending the winter in the yard and will start our season in April 2025. We have lovely, respectful owners who treat the crew very well. We are expecting our 2025 season to be busy so we need someone who is not afraid of hard work. Joining the boat now would give you an advantage to learn how we operate, setting you up for a successful season.
Key Responsibilities:
- General housekeeping duties, including maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of interior spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to manage tasks independently as well as collaborate effectively with the team.
- Maintaining an efficient workflow and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Administrative duties related to housekeeping (inventory management, schedules, etc.).
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year of professional housekeeping experience in a similar environment.
- Strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a positive attitude.
- Sufficient product and material knowledge (cleaning supplies, tools, etc.).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.
- Strong administrative skills to manage housekeeping schedules and inventory.
- Valid STCW certification, ENG medical, and passport (minimum 6 months validity).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Age 25+.
- Female applicants only due to cabin arrangements.
- Additional skill would be an advantage
Package on offer:
- Salary €2500- €2700 DOE
- Permanent position.
