We are looking for a experienced Lead Deckhand to Join this 100m+ Private World Cruising MY
The ideal candidate must be able to lead with confidence and be proficient in all aspects of Deck work, Maintenance and Tender Driving.
You must have 2+ years experience on similar sized vessels. Experience with Diving and Watersports programmes is highly advantageous
You will benefit from a 3:1 Rotation, a competitive salary and a generous training budget for further progression.
B1/B2 Visa and Schengen Visa required due to vessels itinerary
Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating is preferred
