The Family
A warm and welcoming American family known for their active lifestyle and friendly atmosphere are seeking a dedicated Nanny. They have four children: two teenagers and school-age children. The family visits their Hamptons property most weekends and spends the majority of August there, often bringing friends to join.
Role Overview
We are recruiting an experienced, nurturing, and sociable full-time Nanny to assist the family five days a week, primarily on weekends, with two days off during the week. This is a live-out position, with accommodation provided only when the family is in the Hamptons. The role involves supporting and encouraging the children, coordinating activities, and supervising routines. The position requires domestic travel between the family’s Manhattan and Hamptons residences.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and guidance to the two school-age children, helping with routines, activities, and general support.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and outings.
- Assist with pet care for the family’s two small dogs and one cat.
- Accommodate domestic travel arrangements between properties, particularly during the summer months.

Requirements

- Comfortable with animals and non-allergic to pets.
- Flexibility for domestic travel as needed.
