Summary
The requirements for this position are as follows:
- Relevant experience as an Engine Officer on passenger or cruise vessels; expedition experience preferred.
- Valid STCW A-III/1 CoC for Engine Watch Officer.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations (SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, MLC, ISM, ISPS).
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork experience in engine watchkeeping.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19; booster recommended but not required.
In return, the the company will offer:
- Fixed term contract (Cyprus)
- Monthly salary whilst on board of $4150 $5000 (DOE)
- 3 months on / 3 months off
