Bosun in Italy

Summary

We are currently looking for a Bosun/Assistant Engineer for a 47m Dual season Charter/Private Motor Yacht.

The vessel is due to be crossing to the Caribbean in the next couple of weeks so B1/B2 in hand is essential.

• You must hold a minimum of a Yachtmaster Offshore (commercially Endorsed)
• B1/B2 in hand
• AEC1&2 (essential)
• Permanent contract
• Yacht is currently based in Italy and will be crossing to the Caribbean in the next couple of weeks
• Extensive knowledge of water sport
• Caribbean experience in the last few years
• Strong Bridge watch keeping and GMDSS knowledge
• Good communication with guests
• Salary €4000-4500 DOE

The vessel is currently for sale and it will be attending the Boat Shows.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Approved Engine Course (AEC 1 & 2) Certificate
