ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS NEEDED FOR A 120M+ PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT

We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 120m+ private motor yacht based in the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in high-end hospitality, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role on large yachts.
The Chief Stewardess will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards and attention to detail throughout the guest experience. The role requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be personable, with outstanding communication skills, and will have a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
This is a 10-week on and 10-week off rotation, with annual flights and a seniority bonus scheme.

Runs with a crew of 40 - 50. Interior department of 16.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:
- STCW/ENG1
- Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate
- Designated Security Duties Certificate
- Security Awareness training
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shot
- Willingness to undergo medical screening (TB test)
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Excellent references needed
PACKAGE:
- Salary: 8000 Euro per month
- Rotation: 10 weeks on/10 weeks off
