Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced and guest-oriented Chief Officer to join the crew of a 34-meter charter yacht.
This is a permanent position, with an immediate start.
We will also consider a more junior profile if the candidate is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready for the next step in their career.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training and ENG1 medical certificate.
- Yacht Master 200GT certification.
- AEC 1/2 (Approved Engine Course) is a plus.
- Valid travel documents to operate within Europe.
- Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
- Solid computer skills, including knowledge of onboard systems and software.
- Familiarity with Refits, Yard Projects, ISM regulations.
- Enjoyment of guest interaction, with the ability to contribute to a positive guest experience.
- Good Leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred for senior candidates; however, we will consider junior candidates with the right attitude and potential.
