- - all necessary documents up to date
- - strong restaurant background
- - one season under the belt
- - easy going personality
- - charter experience huge bonus
- - must be confident in cooking food the highest standards for both crew (13) and guests
- - must be capable of maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- - must be a team player and willing to help out in other departments
- - experience in making sourdough is a huge plus
- - non smoker
- - no visible tattoos
