Summary

58 meter private/charter yacht is looking for a culinary trained Sous Chef.

The yacht is in Ft. Lauderdale and is looking for someone ASAP.

  • Requirements
  • - B1B2 in hand
  • - all necessary documents up to date
  • - strong restaurant background 
  • - one season under the belt
  • - easy going personality 
  • - charter experience huge bonus
  • - must be confident in cooking food the highest standards for both crew (13) and guests
  • - must be capable of maintaining a clean and organised working environment 
  • - must be a team player and willing to help out in other departments 
  • - experience in making sourdough is a huge plus
  • - non smoker
  • - no visible tattoos
  •  
  • What we offer
  • - Salary range $4000 - $5000 DOE
  • - 90 days leave
