The vessel is professionally run, and we are seeking a career-oriented individual who is confident in their role, thrives in a team environment, and demonstrates strong leadership qualities. The Captain has worked with the owners for over 10 years – and has led on that they are an excellent family to work for. The previous Mate had substantial longevity and was highly valued by the crew – however, departed on good terms to advance their career. We are looking for a candidate with a few years of experience in similar sized boats, and great leadership qualities to join this lovely crew of six.
This family-oriented vessel is run professionally, while the owners’ also have a preference for a relaxed and mature atmosphere. While most guests are adults, there are occasional visits from the owner’s grandchildren too. The itinerary typically includes South Florida and the Bahamas during the Winter and New England in the Summer.
