Summary
A well-experienced, qualified, and fit Bosun is required for a private new build 100-meter+ motor yacht currently nearing completion. The ideal candidate should hold a Navigational Watchkeeping A-II/5 ticket and have significant yacht industry experience. This is a top-of-the-industry role that requires an impeccable CV showing longevity, excellent leadership, and the full suite of Bosun skills.
The start date for this role is 1 Dec 2024. You must be vaccinated for COVID 19.
Job Specification
- Valid STCW '10 Certificates
- Valid ENG1 Medical with no restrictions
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
- Minimum 3+ Years in similar role experience
- Navigational Watchkeeping A-II/5
- Must show strong Mediterranean navigation knowledge and cruising experience as well as Indian Ocean and UAE waters.
- Excellent leadership skills and professionalism
- Good health and good sobriety
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have good written references and contact details must be provided
- No visible tattoos and preferrably, no smokers
- Male candidates only
- New build experience an advantage
