Bosun- 50m+ Private S/Y
Döhle Yacht Crew are searching for a Bosun to join a 50m+ private S/Y, currently based in Europe for the winter.
This yacht has an exciting itinerary with plans to head to the Pacific in 2025.
The ideal candidate should have excellent exterior maintenance and repair skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Leadership abilities for guiding the junior deck crew are essential. They must possess product knowledge for exterior maintenance, excellent sailing skills, and familiarity with furling booms and captive winches. Extensive experience in water sports and guest tender driving is also needed.
A minimum of a Yachtmaster Ocean is required and an OOW qualification is beneficial. There could be an opportunity for advancement to the first officer’s position for the right candidate.
Salary Euro 4500+ doe with 60 days leave. Start date is flexible.
