A 100m High-Profile Private / Charter M/Y is looking for a Senior Deckhand to join them at the beginning of December.
This a fantastic opportunity to gain further experience onboard a vessel with a lot of busy operations. The programme has a huge focus on training and upskilling crew, with an incredible, structured internal promotion system in place.
The vessel runs with long-standing HOD's who operate a professionally run programme. There is a great crew onboard with solid longevity across departments and an excellent crew culture.
You will ideally have 2-3+ years in the industry and have your YMO in hand. The programme runs with several large tenders, so you’ll need to be experienced driving tenders up to 40ft.
The vessel has a huge focus on training and upskilling crew, with an excellent emphasis on both Personal and Professional Development – offering a generous training budget and structured in-house training. The programme also has a proven culture of internal promotion, making it a fantastic opportunity for a career-driven candidate.
