Job Title: Full-time Nanny/PA

Salary: $90,000+ per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
A lovely family is seeking a highly motivated Nanny to join a warm and dynamic family based in Miami, FL. This role involves caring for two children on a shared-care basis and taking care of some admin duties (personal appointments, calendar management etc.) The ideal candidates will be proactive, energetic, and passionate about childcare, with a strong emphasis on education and creative development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Childcare Duties:
- Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
- Assist with homework and school projects, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Manage children’s schedules, including school, extracurricular activities, playdates, and appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized environment in children’s rooms and play areas.
- Personal Assistant Duties:
- Organize and manage family schedules, including appointments, travel arrangements, and activities.
- Handle household administration tasks such as bill payments, vendor management, and correspondence.
- Run errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other family-related tasks.
- Assist with event planning, including birthdays, family gatherings, and other celebrations.
- Communicate effectively with other household staff, contractors, and service providers
Qualifications and Skills:
- Aiming for a long-term relationship with the family.
- Proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license is required; an automatic car will be provided.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- A friendly, upbeat personality with a genuine passion for working with children.
- A proactive and highly organized individual.
- Strong understanding of age-appropriate routines for children.
- Ability to anticipate and address the needs of both the children and the family.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with other household staff.
- Must be a U.S. passport holder; the family is unable to offer sponsorship and international travel requires a valid passport.
