Summary
Seeking a strong 3rd Engineer, to join a dynamic engineering team of 3, on a Dutch build privately used Motor Yacht. Must have a can-do attitude and be a hard-worker. Previous experience with MTU engines, would be a huge plus. Ideally at least one year working onboard Superyachts. Male candidates only due to cabin share arrangement. Y4 or equivalent level is preferred. AEC courses alone will not be enough for this position. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn under very experienced Chief Engineers. The yacht's Winter plans are TBC, but will head to the Mediterranean in by Spring 2025 for the Summer season. A great crew, who are fit and active and enjoy organising plenty of activities together during their downtime. Currently berthed in a marina with the use of excellent facilities. Package is 5:1 and the salary will be discussed at interview stages. All essential visas and certificates must be valid and in good order for a UAE embarkation point.
