We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess for our beautiful private 50M Yacht. new build The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in yachting, be highly proficient in all aspects of yacht quality interior service and have expertise in housekeeping. We are looking for a talented, strong communicator, organized, scheduled and bright candidate. Someone that loves their job and loves to mentor the team. A happy personality. Active crew.
Prior experience as a Chief Stew is a prerequisite. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who would like to join a prestigious yacht with a very experienced Captain and great owners known for their high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of interior services to the highest standards.
- Collaborate closely with the captain and ownership on detailed schedules, itineraries, and trips.
- Ensure a warm, welcoming, and personable atmosphere for the private, family operation.
Requirements: Previous experience as a chief stew
- B1/B2 Visa (min. 1 year)
- ENG1 or current marine medical (min. 6 months)
- Food safety and hygiene
- STCW + Refresher as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of global destinations.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and general bar and restaurant service etiquette
- Ability to manage a team of service professionals and perform administrative duties.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities: Full charge of Interior
Full interior - Housekeeping, Service, Laundry. Detailed, highly organized. providing a top level of service. Working as a team in a fun environment. Looking for candidates motivated.
Interior runs with (3) full time stews- Chief stew, 2nd stew and 3rd stew (there is a deck/stew as well)
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines - USD
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process. CI Standard SEA.
