SECOND STEWARDESS - NB THIS POSITION STARTS IN JANUARY A heavily used private boat, with guests onboard for most of the summer Usually dual season, in Europe for this winter Interior team of 7, Chief and 2nd on Service and HOH As a very strong support for Chief Stewardess, the role is fluid so candidates must be adaptable Fast paced family/buffet style service with no elaborate table settings or themed parties. Candidtes must be/have: Well presented, with English as a first language or fluent 3 - 5 yrs in yachting, with previous experience as a 2nd stew or in a senior role. Strong service experience, with a good instinct for intuitive, attentive but discreet service. Cocktail knowledge and experience would be a bonus. Good organizational & management skills Proactive, confident, strong attention to detail, great communication skills and a positive, open-minded attitude. Friendly, fun, down to earth, no drama! The package on offer is as follows: Permanent position, with 3-month trial period Salary DOE, approx €5000 - €6000 pcm 90 days leave per year, not on set rotation (taken in two parts) Excellent flight allowance and bonus scheme Medical cover
