Vessel: 60+m Dual Season Charter Motor Yacht

Position: Head Chef

Contract: Rotational

Cabin: Shared

Gender: Open to Male or Female

Description: An excellent charter program with a wonderful owner is seeking a Head Chef to join a team of 16. The owner is American and the program visits the Med in the Summer and the Caribbean in the Winter. All shipyard periods in Florida. The crew are well taken care of by an owner that takes great pride in his vessel and wants to run the best program possible. The candidate must be adaptable to a variety of charter clients and able to produce high end cuisine for the owner.
