The candidate specification
We are seeking a dedicated Service Stewardess to join our exceptional team aboard a prestigious 100m+ private yacht in Europe.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. Knowledge of cocktail preparation and Barista skills will be highly valued as part of our commitment to excellence.
This is an incredible opportunity to work in a unique, high-profile environment. The position is offered on a temporary contract for three months, but for the right individual, there is the possibility of a permanent role.

Requirements:
- Cocktail Knowledge: a solid understanding of mixology and the ability to prepare a wide range of cocktails with creativity and precision.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing schedules and work demands, including irregular working hours and long periods away from home.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, adhering to confidentiality guidelines and representing the yacht and its owners with integrity.
- Required experience: Some Yachting experience
